What's Included
The Eureka Drogheria MC4D with its easy setting system, offers stepless micro-metric regulation, and is suitable for the preparation of espresso and all other the filter coffee varieties. Equipped with 85mm burrs (65mm / 75mm burrs available by special order), and customized high-performing engine, this grinder is capable of attaining a fantastic level of grind consistency and on-going accuracy.
The "High Speed" special engine burr set, allows these Eureka grinders to reach high dispensing speeds at up to 1430 Rpm with the largest burrs, while the 65mm and 75mm sets have Rpms of up to 1290 and 1430, respectively. The 85mm burr version can grind up to approximately 66 lbs/hour for all-purpose or bean-to-bag grinds.
Due to its regulating action over the coffee outflow, the Eureka's unique ACE System technology ensures an incomparable cleanliness and dose consistency while eliminating the electrostatic charge from brew coffee, and also eliminating clumping. This Drogheria MC4D is a robust, and versatile high end grinder with superior accuracy that comes with 1400g hopper on top of a die-cast outer casing, with matte black finish.
