The E61 commercial group head now boasts stainless steel internal parts for greater longevity and durability. The coffee and steam/hot water boilers consist of high-quality stainless steel. The new PID controller is better than ever at accurately dialing your preferred brew temperature. The PID display screen not only displays the temperature for discreet adjustments but also serves as a shot timer and an optional brew group cleaning reminder. The professional, quick steam and hot water valves come engineered with an ergonomic movement mechanism. A rotary pump and sound-insulated design keep the operating noise almost soothing. The ECM Synchronika espresso doesn't just approach cafe quality. It is cafe quality.
